Garden Design​
A full garden redesign service is available, where landscaping is carried out as sustainably as possible and the plants take centre stage. Following an informal consultation, full details of your requirements and wishes will be chatted through. A site survey will then be carried out to assess the garden, the topography, any existing trees and shrubs, the aspect and most importantly, the soil. Working closely together, a design will be drawn-up to meet your requirements and any practical elements before progressing with the landscaping and planting design.
Planting Design
Looking for planting inspiration for your newly landscaped garden or recently created border? Let's meet and discuss your wishes, survey the garden, following which I'll produce a planting design and mood board to suit the location, aspect and soil. Should you wish to go ahead with the work, the plants would be sourced and the planting carried out by me, where possible, at a suitably convenient time.
Garden Refresh/Edit
Following a garden consultation, the discussed improvements would be carried out by me, where physically possible. This could include weeding, light pruning and transplanting under performing plants. Thereafter, a refresh of the planting to suit the aspect and soil would be agreed and carried out. If you're looking to learn more and would like to keep the budget down, some of these jobs could be carried out by both of us or you alone.
Garden Consultancy
Are your existing borders or beds lacking in their potential? In a garden consultation, we can discuss how to improve the overall feel of your garden or simply advise on some planting ideas for a tricky spot. This could involve removing under-performing plants or transplanting them, with an emphasis on working with what you have. A phased plan of action together with a planting list would be drawn-up for you. Garden consultations are priced at £150 including a report.
Plant Sourcing
Happy to carry out the planting yourself but need some advice regarding suitable plants? Let me help draw-up a list and source the plants for you. A review of your garden would be required in order to establish the aspect and soil conditions.
